Terms of Service: The WebWizards Digital Service Agreement

Please carefully review this Service Agreement ("Agreement") as it establishes a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and WebWizards Digital, INC ("WebWizards," "the Company," "we," or "us"). By engaging our services, requesting an AI Growth Plan, or accessing our implemented systems, you consent to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Objective: High-Velocity Growth

WebWizards Digital is a premium implementation agency. We don't just provide software; we architect and deploy the Lead-to-Gold Automation Stack—a comprehensive system of funnels, AI agents, and CRM configurations designed to scale your business.

2. Eligibility & Authority

By engaging our services, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your business entity to these terms. Our services are intended for business use only.

3. The WebWizard Implementation (The 14-Day Sprint)

To minimize Time Delay and maximize results, our core implementation is built around a 14-day high-intensity sprint.

• Onboarding: Client must complete an onboarding call to define the "Dream Outcome" and "Growth Roadmap."

• Asset Delivery (The 48-Hour Rule): To ensure a 14-day launch, Client agrees to provide all necessary creative assets (logos, brand colors, copy) and technical access (domain DNS, ad accounts) within 48 hours of the onboarding call.

• Timeline Adjustments: Delays in asset delivery by the Client will result in a day-for-day extension of the 14-day implementation timeline.

4. Account Ownership & IP

• Account Structure: We may build your systems within a Company-provided sub-account or your existing GoHighLevel account.

• Intellectual Property: All "Account Assets"—including proprietary AI scripts, "Wizard" automation workflows, and funnel templates—are the exclusive intellectual property of WebWizards Digital, INC.

• License to Use: You are granted a revocable license to use these assets during your active subscription. Extraction, duplication, or "cloning" of these proprietary workflows into external ecosystems is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Service Tiers: We offer three levels of wizardry: Apprentice, Sorcerer, and Archmage.

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Except where the Shark-Infested Waters Guarantee applies, all paid setup and subscription fees are non-refundable.

• Non-Downgrade Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and high-level implementation, downgrades from the Partner (Sorcerer) or Platinum (Archmage) tiers are not permitted during the initial commitment term.

6. Cancellation Method

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 30-day implementation period by:

1. Coordinating with your dedicated account manager via the dashboard chat.

2. Sending a formal request to [email protected]. Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice to prevent the next billing cycle.

7. AI & Communication Policy

By using our systems, you agree to be contacted via AI-powered voice, SMS, and WhatsApp agents.

• Human Oversight: While our AI is high-performance, it is a tool. We prioritize ethical AI practices and human oversight in all builds.

• Liability: WebWizards Digital is not liable for errors or "hallucinations" caused by third-party AI LLMs (like OpenAI or Google Gemini) integrated into your stack.

8. Limitation of Liability

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INCOME OR SALES. Success is dependent on your market conditions, lead quality, and sales follow-through. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebWizards Digital, INC disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, CA, rather than through litigation.
