This SMS Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the rules governing the use of messaging and communication services (“Services”) provided by WebWizards Digital, INC (“WebWizards Digital,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services or opting into our "Fast Five" automations, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to our growth systems.
Obtaining Consent: We require express consent from individuals before sending any SMS, MMS, or AI-driven electronic messages. This includes:
A clear, affirmative opt-in (e.g., checking a box on our AI Growth Plan form).
Disclosure of the type and frequency of messages.
A link to this AUP and our Privacy Policy.
We retain a digital record of all consents, including timestamps and IP addresses.
Sample Opt-In Language “By checking this box, you consent to receive text messages from WebWizards Digital regarding your account, growth plans, and AI implementation services. Frequency varies; up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
Users can revoke consent at any time by replying with standard opt-out keywords (e.g., “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”). One final "acknowledgment of departure" message may be sent to confirm the opt-out.
All outbound messages will clearly identify WebWizards Digital as the sender to ensure transparency and trust.
You may not use our Services to send or facilitate content that includes:
Unsolicited or Spam Messages: Advertising without explicit consent or using purchased phone lists.
Restricted Content: Child exploitation, hate speech, high-risk financial schemes, or "make-money-fast" deceptive claims.
SHAFT Content: Sexually explicit material, Hate-based content, Alcohol promotions, Firearms, or Tobacco/Vaping products.
Fraudulent Content: Phishing, impersonation, or malware.
Users and partners may not:
Use URL shorteners from shared public domains (e.g., Bit.ly) as these are often flagged by carriers.
Send similar messages from multiple numbers (“snowshoeing”).
Alter headers or spoof sender identity.
Violations of this Policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of messaging services within your "Wizard Stack." We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time to stay compliant with telecommunications regulations.
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging services (“Messaging Services”) provided by WebWizards Digital, INC. By opting into our Messaging Services, you agree to these Terms.
