Refund Policy: The Shark-Infested Waters Guarantee

At WebWizards Digital, we believe in creating massive value through our 14-Day Implementation Sprint. Most agencies hide behind "no-refund" walls; we prefer to put our money where our magic is. We’ve designed this policy to ensure that you are never left alone in "Shark-Infested Waters."

1. The Core Guarantee

We take on 100% of the implementation risk. If, 30 days after your WebWizard growth system goes live, you feel that we have dropped you into deep, shark-infested waters—meaning you have more technical complexity and less business clarity than before you started—we will do two things:

1. The Lifeline: We will jump on a 1-on-1 strategy session with our senior architects to simplify your stack and fix any bottlenecks on our dime.

2. The Safe Harbor: If, after that strategy session, you still don’t feel confident in the system, we will refund 100% of your initial setup fee.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure we aren't just "guessing" at your growth, this guarantee is contingent upon the following:

• Onboarding Completion: Client must have completed the initial 45-minute onboarding call.

• Asset Provision: Client must have provided the basic creative assets (logos, brand colors) required to build the system.

• Active Participation: Client must have attempted to use the system for the first 30 days post-launch.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Ongoing service plans (Apprentice, Sorcerer, Archmage) are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

• Notice Period: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 30-day implementation period with a 30-day written notice.

• Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your lead data, but access to proprietary "Wizard" AI scripts and automated workflows will be deactivated at the end of your billing cycle.

4. Communication Surcharges

Please note that third-party surcharges for SMS, Email, and Phone minutes (processed via GoHighLevel/A2P) are billed based on usage and are strictly non-refundable as these costs are paid directly to telecommunication carriers.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to refine this policy to better serve our Guild. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
